1. Carbohydrates contribute to the recovery of normal muscle function (contraction) after highly intensive and/or long-lasting physical exercise leading to muscle fatigue and the depletion of glycogen stores in skeletal muscle. This beneficial effect is obtained with the consumption of carbohydrates, from all sources, at a total intake of 4g per kg body weight, at doses, within the first 4 hours, and no later than 6 hours, following highly intensive and/or long-lasting physical exercise leading to muscle fatigue and the depletion of glycogen stores in skeletal muscle.
2. Protein contributes to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass.
Consume as a high protein snack, as and when required.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Once opened, consume within 24 hours. This product is intended to be used alongside a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Suitable for vegetarians.

Yummy
I fell in love and ordered two more boxes, but it’s because they’re not exactly low cal. They taste great and imitate a regular hearty flapjack, but don’t choose them if you’re keeping a strict low carb diet. There’s lots of protein but even more carbs so enjoy them only if you’re also quite active (or just don’t care, like me lol)

Although it taste good, it start melting when delivered. It is hard to store them.
