5A great snack, in terms of taste and price. With a highly 23 grams of protein, and a 27 grams of carbohydrates which keeps your metabolism and protein synthesis to remain efficient. It also very filling in which can keep you away from other snack for a few hours. Highly recommend to athlete who are looking to build muscle and , maintaining a great physique. Goes Well With:Milk
