Refer a Friend

Here’s how you can refer your friends to earn credit to spend on your next purchase

1. Head to your custom referral page here and sign in to your account.
2. Share your unique referral code with your friend (s) for them to create an account with and then place their first order.
3. Once your friend (s) have completed their order, we will send you an email to let you know that your credit is in your account and ready to be spent.

Alternatively, your friend can insert your unique code at the basket where they will be asked to login to verify they are a new customer. Once they have created their account and they meet the special offers necessary requirements to take advantage of the offer they can proceed to checkout.

At the top of your account section we will display both the number of people you have referred and the amount of credit you have earnt through the referral scheme. Additionally, you will be able to see the same information on your referral page.

Rewards will be received within 24 hours after the despatch date of your friends order.

All rewarded credit that you receive will expire after 3 months.

When you are awarded credit, you will receive an email that will advise you how much credit you have earned.

As long as your friend signs up for an account with either the referral link or your unique code, you earn referral credit. The email address you referred used to sign up doesn’t need to be the same as the email address to which you sent the referral invitation.

If your friends receive multiple referrals from multiple senders, only the sender of the referral link used when they create their account will earn credit.

The referral scheme is only for new customers. However, if they have an account but haven’t shopped with Myprotein Hong Kong before then they will still be able to take advantage of the scheme by using your referral link. A new customer can not apply a site discount and referral code on their first order. Should the new customer choose to apply a site discount code, the referral code will be void and so you will not receive your credit for referring.

Note: DO NOT share your referral code in our Customer Reviews section. This is solely for individuals to give product feedback to others. Credits will not be paid if referrals are gained as a result of this method. Also, credit will not be paid where there is evidence of any paid search activity on brand terms without prior authorisation. This includes permutations, misspellings and broad matches containing brand terms. Restrictions include, but are not limited to, the following:
