Mix with water and add a little ice for a truly refreshing Green Grape thirst-quencher or if you’re wanting to take your training to the next level, this product goes well with our Creatine Monohydrate.

Add 2½ scoops (7g) to 350-400ml of water or juice in a shaker before, during or after exercise. Consume once daily.
