UNFLAVOURED: Add 1 large scoop (25g) to 150-250ml of water or milk and consume 30 minutes before and/or after workout.
OTHER FLAVOURS: Add 1 large scoop (30g) to 150-250ml of water or milk and consume 30 minutes before and/or after workout.

Very fine powder and texture. Supreme class!
This series requires higher cost to buy, but quality is much different, much better than others. This is the best selection for unflavored protein powder. Almost perfect for mixing drinks. If look for fine protein powder substitute with lower cost, this is the best for me so far!Goes Well With:Herbxxfe shake

gotta use warm water to mix, it forms clumps when mixing with iced water. and its sweet, prolly too sweet. and very sticky. most importantly, the package is not user friendly given the scoop is so short, there is always powder on my hand, transferred the power to another container by myself

the unflavoured one has a slight fragrance of yeast, but no weird flavour at all!Goes Well With:any savory food. congee, porridge, soup, even bread dough etc.
