HMB Powder

Beta-Hydroxy Beta-Methylbutyrate, or more commonly known by its abbreviation HMB, is a metabolite of the branched-chain amino acid leucine. Growing in popularity since the 1990s, HMB is now widely used in many ‘all-in-one’ products.

Add your preferred amount of water or fruit juice into our shaker. Then add 3/4 of a small scoop (1g), shake and consume. Use 1-3 times daily.
