Product Overview
We’re making it easier than ever to find the products you need, whatever your goal.
That’s why we’ve changed Omega 3 - 1000 mg 18% EPA / 12% DHA to Essential Omega-3 - but don’t worry, we’ve definitely not changed the taste or the nutritionals, so it’s still your favourite…
Omega-3 is an essential fatty acid that your body can’t make itself, so you have to get from your diet. It’s found naturally in fish oil — meaning it can be difficult to get enough of it from what you eat alone.

Most important supplement
For me, fish oils are probably the most important supplement as nowadays, it is quite complicated to have a good omega 3, omega 6 ratio. Tastes like fish but it is common for this kind of product. I recommend.Goes Well With:Water
