Doing the hippy hippy shake!
5It was really nice to get a free shaker in the box and has proved really useful. It is easy to clean, makes a nice shake and makes me feel like I should be dancing at the same time!

Shaker
5I used this shaker about 2 weeks. It is easy to clean and not expensive. If you just want a shaker for whey protein without any other special need, this shaker will be a good choice.

Bottle
3Generally, it is a good bottle. Standard in every way. Got it for free for buying a big pouch of protein. However, i don't use it because it doesn't have anything to hold onto. Other bottles i have used have a little ring that allows me to hook onto it. This one just doesn't. Personal preference though.Goes Well With:All protein
