Naturally found in meat, fish, and eggs, our L-Glutamine Powder is a super-convenient, cost-effective solution that can simply be added to your protein shake, with no meal prep required.

1. Protein contributes to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass

Mix 5g (approx. 1½ scoops) with 250ml of water or juice before, during and/or after exercise. Consume once daily. Powder settles over time, we recommend weighing for the most accurate measure.
