Citrulline Malate is a unique combination of the amino acid citrulline and the organic salt malate.
It is ideal for people involved in high intensity exercise such as weight lifting and sprinting.

Add your preferred amount of water or fruit juice into our shaker. Then add 7 1⁄2 mini scoops (2g), shake and consume. Use twice daily. Do not exceed daily recommended amount.

Finally managed to get the 500g bags on sale for a great price. The normal RRP makes absolutely no sense... its like they just made up the price out of thin air. This is a must have ingredient for your DIY preworkout mix. Consensus seems to be that Citrulline Malate > Arginine for your "pump" component. They have also reverted back to using ziplock bags vs the velcro style, so I won't have to worry about moisture this time... Citrulline Malate is sour tasting so make sure you have additional flavouring to balance it out. The flavoured creatines work well since they lack the tart flavour you'd get with their preworkout tasting equivalents.Goes Well With:Creatine, Beta Alanine, Caffeine etc.
