Not dissolved well
The powder just not dissolved well in both milk and water. The appearance of the mix is not like a proper hot drink. The powder clumps just made me feel like eating the drink.

I have mixed a scoop of Myprotein hot chocolate with boiling water, it clumps very weirdly. I'm not sure how to describe it but the clumps are like rubber. It smells good, tastes decently, but it's the mixability that made me lost my appetite for the hot chocolate.
