taste great and it works
The ramune flavour was really good, tasted like the real thing. It works, felt less sore in general after i started taking it before and during workouts.

Sweet BCAA
Some powder granulates in the water but you wouldn't find the overall mixture rough to drink. It's probably because of the sweetener. Taste is subjective but a bit on the sweet side. It comes in pouch form, would recommend putting the powder in a bottle to avoid the powder from staining your hand each time you try to scoop some up. Can't tell you the quality or effect of BCAA as I am not a biochemist. Goes Well With: Water

BCAA Powder, very good product
I honestly think this does work. I went from 32kg dumbbell bench press to 38kg after using this product for 2 weeks. Very impressed, and I don't think it tastes that bad either. Mixed with Hurricane XS its great.Mix-ability isn't the best, but if you spoon the recommended dose into a shaker with water or juice it mixes fine. Great product and I will be buying more in the near future. Goes Well With: Hurricane XS, or on its own before and after training.

Tastes nice
I purchased a kilo of this and I find it very refreshing. It tastes delicious. It's the first drink I consume in the morning and the last drink at night, and I also take it straight after working out. I don't have an issue with mixability as I don't have any trouble in swilling my glass to get the stuff down. Lets be honest, they are only granules, so no biggie. Too short a time to comment on the benefits, but on taste alone it's a 5 from me.

got 2 versions, 1 unflavoured, 1 berry flavour. the unflavoured version is so bitter to the point of inedibility - chose a flavour if you are going for this item! the berry flavour masks the bitterness to a point but it still can be tasted in the background. mixability is meh - add it to your protein shake so that not all the granules stick to your shaker. I will likely go for capsules in the future to reduce the chance of iffy flavours and residue waste in the shaker. Goes Well With: protein shakes
