On top of this HydroFuel Elite contains a range of vitamins, to support the immune system during and after exercise. HydroFuel Elite contains a number of vitamins providing a number of benefits including:
- Riboflavin, Vitamin B6 and Vitamin B12 which contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue
- Vitamin B6 and Vitamin B12 which contribute to the normal function of the immune system
- Riboflavin, Vitamin B6 and Vitamin B12 which contribute to normal red blood cell formation
- Vitamin B6 which contribute to normal protein and glycogen metabolism
To finalise HydroFuel Elite, 3g of branched chain amino acids have been added. Branched chain amino acids cannot be synthesised in the human body, and therefore it is essential they are consumed through dietary means. A particularly important set of amino acids, BCAAs make up 35% of the body’s total muscle mass.
