To make your own protein packed pancakes simply add 50g (approx. 2 scoops) to 100ml of milk or water and mix together. Powder settles over time, we recommend weighing for the most accurate measure. Heat a frying pan over a high heat and add a small amount of oil/butter then reduce to a medium heat and add the batter to the pan and cook.
